The human body is a unique peace of creation by the creator of life on the planet.
It works like anything with the mind and acts on to life so as to reach itself and the creator of life so-called God.
As per Ayurveda, this body consists of three basic elements which part it to carry on with life with feed and fermentation process,1.vaat,2.pit,3.cough.
1. Vaat___air
2. Pit___acid
3. Cough___mass in due fermentation process to carry on with in body modules_flush_organism_nerves_bones_skin etc.
Air in the body is meant for any movement there is, either liquid or mass, it is the one to control the body modules. all yoga exercises are based on this giant element to regulate it, or regulation of airflow in the body which corrects any ailment in the body by virtue of misappropriating movement.
Acid, the fire that feeds the pace in body modules to activate the movement of air their in to get the spaces live and clean with freshness to carry on with.
Mass builds on the body cell, maintains spaces for active movement, and meets the pace of life on the verge of feelings thereby.
